Welcome to the first step of your B-Bot journey — selecting a Virtual Expert to start a conversation with. This guide will walk you through the simple process of choosing the right expert for your needs.

Step 1: Accessing the Expert Selection Screen

When you enter the B-Bot Hub, you'll be greeted by your dashboard. On the left-hand side, you will find a navigation bar with various options. To begin, click on the Chat section. This will take you to the Expert Selection Screen.

Step 2: Understanding Your Expert Options

On the Expert Selection Screen, you'll see a list of virtual experts you’ve created or have been given access to. Each expert comes with a profile picture and a designated expertise area, which helps you identify their specialty at a glance.

Step 3: Choosing Your Expert

Look through the list and find the expert whose skills match the knowledge you seek or the task you wish to accomplish. The title under their name, like "Carpenter" or "Customer Success Manager," indicates their area of expertise.

Step 4: Initiating the Chat

After selecting your preferred expert, simply click on their profile. This action will open up the chat interface where you can begin your interaction.
