Having selected your virtual expert in B-Bot Hub, it's now time to start the conversation and tap into their knowledge. Here's how to seamlessly chat with your chosen expert.

Step 1: Starting Your Chat Session

After choosing your expert, the chat interface will open. Here's where the interaction comes to life. You'll see a text box at the bottom of the screen—this is your gateway to engaging with your expert.

Step 2: Communicating with Your Expert

• Type Your Message: Click on the text box that says "Type a message…" and begin typing your query or message.
• Use Templates: If available, you can utilize conversation templates to help structure your chat. These Templates are on the Start Screen before you started your Chat.
• Send Your Message: Once you’ve typed your message, press the 'Send' button or hit 'Enter' on your keyboard to send it to the virtual expert.

Step 3: Interacting with the Virtual Expert

• Real-Time Responses: Watch as the virtual expert responds to your queries in real time. Their responses will appear in chat bubbles above the text box.
• Continuing the Conversation: Continue the dialogue by responding to the expert's messages, asking follow-up questions, or seeking clarification on any advice provided.

Step 4: Reviewing the Chat

• Scroll Through History: You can scroll up through the chat window to review past interactions and advice.
• Use Chat Tools: Take advantage of any chat tools provided, such as options to save favorite responses in the QA Making mode. You can Enter this mode by clicking on the 3 Dots Menu on every Message:

• By Saving the QAs you can use them later in your training Sessions.
• You can use the toolbar on the top of the chat input to navigate trough the history of you typed message or whipe it completly with the wipe Button, for more control over the message you can open the fullscreen mode of the chatinput:
